Information technology helps us a lot. It is a tools that might provide helpful in advancing student learning. Also information technology helps us to enhanced our skills, acquire more knowledge and many more. Through this information technology we can easily access course materials, subject made easier to learn and it improves student writing and can motivate students well. If we have a lot of advantages in using information technology, of course there are clear drawbacks or shall I say disadvantages or obstacles as well. This advantages/obstacles are insufficient numbers of computers ,lack of knowledge and training ,difficult to integrate instructions ,not enough training opportunities, poor quality of website materials and difficult used of low achieving students.
To overcome all of this obstacles the teachers should provide more computers and should have special training to all the students. Teachers should also provide more knowledge and information on how to use computers properly/correctly. The teacher also may provide seminars. We need to help each other to solve such obstacles to information technology educational practice.

ICT stand for Information Communication Technologies. ICT are for the purposes of this primer, as a diverse set of technological tools and resources used to communicate, and to create, disseminate, store, and manage information. ICT also is transforming the global economy by providing new engine for the development as well as changing its fundamental dynamics. The ICTs of different progressive countries like New Zealand , Malaysia, Singapore , Australia and Hong KOng are very unusual or shall I say it is very remarkable.
The New Zealand has the world highest access of telecommunications per capit, with the costt of accessing the the Internet being almost as low as it is in the United States.New Zealanders are usually quick to embrace new technologies. The New Zealand has their own broad goal of the ICT strategy and it is to enhance the development of the students' knowledge, understanding, skills and attitudes through the appropriate and effective use of ICT. In Singapore , the workshop provided the participants with exposure to the various conceptual and practical policy issues pertaining to fostering ICT developmemt as well as using the ICT to help economic growth in the region. In addition to participating in presentations to help inbcrease the knowledge-base on this highly topical development issue ,participants worked in small group to tackle a number of policy problems related to ICT development. When it comes to Malaysia, this is the country that has long recognized the transformational ability of ICT that would propel the country for p-economy to k-economy. The Malaysians also have their own strategies. One of their strategies is to implement strategies to achieve Malaysias ICT education objectives include pireparing approptiate ICT equipment and inbfrastucture for all schools. Also inntroducing ICT curriculum and support for ICt intehration into general teaching and leaning and upgrading ICT skills and knowledge of both teachers and students. In Australia they focus on the main objectives which are: to further promote business utilization of ICt especially within the small to medium enterprise market. Expand Australia's broadband capabilities. Also Australia has their principles which is all Australians should be able to participate and benefit from the information economy and national approaches wre favored to best promote Australia's interests internationally. In Hong Kong, their government is intent on harnessing the full potential of information and communication technology to benefit community and enhance Hong Kong position a leading digital city. Hong Kong offers a favourable environmant for the development of Internet and ecommerce. Hong Kong strategy highlighted some action areas which are : facilitating a digital economy, promoting advanced technology and innovation, developing Hong Kong as a hub for technological cooperation and trade, enabling the next generation of public services. Here in Philippines, some of us were not given a chance to use a computer. Unlike in other countries they really supported by the government. They are oblidge to used one laptop every individual. Singapore, Malaysia, New Zealand ,Ausralia and Hong KOng were really a progressive countries .
